Effective date: May 3, 2026 App: Hush — Safe Way to Visit Websites

By installing or using Hush, you agree to these terms.

What Hush is

Hush is a privacy-focused web viewer that opens any website you add in an isolated session, blocks common trackers and ads, masks browser fingerprinting signals, and clears all browsing data when you close a tab.

What Hush is not

• Hush is not a VPN. Hush does not hide your IP address from the websites you visit.
• Hush is not an antivirus. While it blocks file downloads by default and warns about known phishing sites, it cannot guarantee protection against every threat.
• Hush does not make you anonymous on the internet. If you sign in to a website through Hush, that website knows who you are.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Hush in compliance with applicable law. You are solely responsible for the websites you choose to visit through Hush and for any activity carried out through the app.

No warranty

Hush is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the app or its privacy protections.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Hush.

Changes

The developer may update these terms by publishing a new version in the Hush GitHub repository and the App Store listing. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
