1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Summarizer & Translator AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Summarizer & Translator AI is an AI-powered mobile application that provides text summarization, translation, and content processing services. The Service supports text input, document uploads (PDF, Word, etc.), image scanning, and audio transcription.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Summarizer & Translator AI offers both free and premium subscription plans:

Free users receive a limited number of requests per day.
Premium subscribers receive unlimited access to all features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

Subscription terms are also governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use the Service for automated bulk processing without authorization

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. AI-generated summaries and translations are provided for your personal use.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated summaries or translations
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
That the Service will meet your specific requirements

AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summarizer & Translator AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
